This Discover Freediving Course Is All About Having Your First Breathhold And Freediving Experiences In A Very Relaxing And Fun Manner, Without The Focus On Special Requirements. It Is Just Perfect For Anyone With No Or Just Very Little Experience Under Water.
After A Session Of Basic Theory And Some Dry Exercises We Will Take You To The Sea, Where Your Instructor Will Guide And Support You During Your Freediving Practice Both In Shallow Water And On The Line. You’ll Be Able To Practice At Your Own Speed While We Help You To Find Out What You, Your Body And Your Mind Are Capable Of. You’ll Be Surprised And Amazed…!
