The AIDA Level 2 Beginner Course Is Your Entrance To The World Of Freediving. Relaxation And Breathing, Physiology And Equalization, Safety And Buddying, Equipment And The Different Freediving Disciplines - During A Theory And A Breathing Session We Will Introduce You To All The Important Fundamentals. Your Newly Acquired Knowledge Are The Basis For The Following Sessions Both In Confined And Open Water, Where You Will Practice And Develop All The Necessary Skills For Your Safe, Relaxed And Independent Freediving.
It Will Be In The Water That You Will Also Get To Know Another World Beside The Beautiful Big Blue - A Possibly New World Within Yourself. You’ll Learn To Listen To Your Body’s Signals, Maybe Find That There Are Emotions And Mental Aspects You Didn’t Expect. We’ll Always Be At Your Side To Guide And Help You With Advice And Techniques. At The End Of The Course You Will Be Able To Comfortably Hold Your Breath For 2:00 Minutes, Dive To At Least -12 Meters In Depth And Perform A Relaxed 40m Distance Dive With Fins.
