With The AIDA Level 3 Advanced Freediving Course We Will Take You And Your Freediving Skills To The Next Level! You Will Learn How To Dive Even Deeper And Introduce You To Frenzel Equalisation And The Amazing Experience Of Free Fall. You Will Work A Lot On Fine Tuning Your Freediving Techniques And Body Positioning As Well As Giving You A Better And Deeper Theoretical Understanding Of What Is Happening In Your Body During Deeper Dives. That Will Involve More Details On Physiology And Dive Physics, And We Will Particularly Discuss The Mammalian Dive Response. There’ll Be More Rescue Exercises From Greater Depths And You’ll Learn How To Train Your Breathhold With O2 And CO2 Tables.
After 3,5 Days Of Theory And Training You’ll Look At Certain Requirements For The Successful Completion Of The AIDA Level 3 Advanced Freediving Course. Mainly You’ll Have To Perform A 2:45 Minutes Static Breathhold, Do A 55m DYN Distance Dive With Fins And Freedive To At Least -24m And Maximum -30m In CWT.
This Course Requires Some Practice As It Challenges Both Mental And Physical Abilities/Aspects And We’ll Take The Time To Guide You There!

** Prerequisites: Min. 18 Yrs Or Older (16 Or 17 Yrs Old With Parental Consent); Hold A AIDA Level 2 Certification Or Successfully Pass An AIDA 2 Crossover Evaluation If You Were Certified With A Different Freediving Association/Agency; Completed Medical Form And Survey.
